Senator Leman moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption of the Resources Committee Substitute offered on page 976. Without objection, CS FOR SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 20(RES) was adopted and read the second time. Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent that he be shown as a cosponsor on the bill. Without objection, it was so ordered. Senator Rieger moved and asked unanimous consent that he be allowed to abstain from voting due to a conflict of interest. Objections were heard. Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent that the resolution be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without objection, it was so ordered.
